1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
1 Flatbread, naan, or pita
3 slices Pineapple cored and sliced into flat rings
3 slices Red onion
1 cup Boar’s Head Monterey Jack Cheese
shredded
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro for garnish
instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Spread sweet chili sauce over flatbread. Add pineapples, onions, and chicken to the flatbread, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted, then remove from oven.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
